In our role as the lead design consultant, AAID took on the exciting challenge of conceptualizing and designing the new office for Booz & Co, a company that prides itself on being "Bold and Unafraid." The objective was clear: to infuse the office space with a design that resonates with the company's fearless identity. To achieve this, our design seamlessly weaved together contemporary and classic elements, achieving a harmonious balance with clean, sophisticated finishes. The floor plan was meticulously crafted to not only meet the functional needs of the office but also to embody the spirit of openness and boldness that defines Booz & Co. Public spaces were strategically integrated within the landlord areas, blurring the lines between public and private domains. This intentional design decision aimed to create an environment that feels both expansive and intimate, where employees can collaborate openly while preserving a sense of privacy and ownership over their workspace. The fusion of contemporary and classic elements extends beyond aesthetics; it is a deliberate reflection of Booz & Co's commitment to innovation while respecting its rich heritage.
