AAID’s design intention was to create a space that focused on the client’s vibrant work culture that promotes collaborative work environment, showcases pride and value delivery, and fits within the cultural context of Dubai.

The key influencers/tools that shaped the design were - Technology, Wellbeing, Environment and Community. The concept was a reflection of UAE’s topographical landscape; elements from the Wadi such as sand dune patterns and colours from the natural landscape of oasis, palm trees and sandstone influenced the architectural elements and the colour palette of the design.
