The design of the building envelope, skylights, and views served as a central hub and point of focus, showcasing the client's diverse portfolio through interactive audio-visual displays. The double-height atrium served as a flexible event space for up to 200 people. The open-plan layout surrounds the atrium over two floors and includes themed collaboration spaces, fostering visual connections. AAID emphasized wellness by incorporating a walking track around the office. The cafe and pantry areas were enhanced with green walls for a calming work environment. Our team also selected eco-friendly finishes, fabrics, and textures.
