AAID were assigned as the interior designers tasked with revitalizing and upgrading 22 Conrad suites into residential units. The scope includes evaluating and addressing existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), redesigning the dining areas for enhanced ambiance, selecting new furniture to align with the residential theme, reviewing and potentially updating bedroom makeup vanity designs, enhancing overall bedroom aesthetics, and conducting kitchen renovations. AAID's role encompasses design conceptualization, material selection, space planning, and coordination with contractors to ensure the suites are transformed into comfortable and visually appealing residential spaces.
