AAID was selected as the Interior Design Consultants to collaborate with Roche Global Design Team and local stakeholders in developing the design for Roche Diagnostics' inaugural office premises in Kuwait as a foreign-owned business unit. Guided by Roche's well-defined design guidelines and workplace strategy, AAID crafted an innovative workplace that champions collaboration, workplace wellness, and work style flexibility—a unique feature in Kuwait's traditional workplace culture.

In order to preserve the existing warm shell design, AAID worked closely with the local team to seamlessly integrate new design elements, creating a holistic and distinctive office space for Roche Diagnostics. The spaces were meticulously designed with soft, warm, and harmonious colors, and a finishes palette that blends seamlessly, avoiding sharp transitions or contrasting details. This approach maintains a calm look and feel while incorporating strong vernacular architectural design motifs. The design strongly communicates Roche's identity and ethos, serving as a reflection of the company's brand identity.
