AAID was selected as the local architect to oversee the design process from conception to handover. As the representative for the partner designer in London, we ensured the design intent was maintained by regularly reviewing and signing off on all materials and shop drawings. We collaborated closely with the client's contractor, sub-consultants, and landlord to ensure a seamless design-to-build process.

The end result is a luxurious and timeless space tailored for VIP clients. The finishes showcase hospitality and the sophisticated use of materials, with every detail of the furniture carefully selected. Our close relationship with the contractor and sub-consultants allowed us to contribute to all aspects of the design, including security, audio-visual, IT, and artwork.
